About Us
Lucas Legacy Guardianship Group was founded in 2020 by three sisters, Regina Lucas Hall, MS ED; RMA, Nikki Lucas, Outreach Director-Senior Outreach Services of NYC, and Nyota Lucas, LMSW. The Lucas sisters saw a need to help the elderly, young adults, and children with mental illness, developmental disabilities, and those who have had traumatic brain injuries, or are incapacitated. We strive to provide the best client-centered services in Kings County, Nassau County, and New York County.

We work within the authority we are given to protect our clients, and help families navigate through the process. We hold our work to the highest professional standards by using practices centered around our client, having readily available resources, and constantly expanding our knowledge of consumer directed services. We aim to ensure the best service for our client.
